At Revive & Thrive Project, our mission is to provide medically supportive meals that cater to the nutritional needs of individuals living with chronic and acute illnesses, such as cancer, congestive heart failure, organ transplant, and diabetes. Our approach revolves around delivering healthy, fresh, and locally-sourced meals that are meticulously crafted to support the healing and well-being of our clients. We believe that food is medicine, and our commitment to this philosophy is reflected in every meal we prepare.

Our meals are designed to align with the principles of whole-food nutrition, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible dietary support. With an emphasis on fresh, seasonal, and plant-based ingredients, our meal plans adhere to the guidelines of the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) and Mediterranean diets, both renowned for their health benefits and role in preventing and managing chronic diseases.

Main components of Revive & Thrive meals include:

Lean and Plant-Based Protein

We recognize the importance of protein in maintaining health, especially for those with medical conditions.

One-quarter of our meals feature lean meat such as chicken or turkey. However, the majority of our dishes highlight plant-based proteins, including beans, nuts, and legumes. These sources provide essential nutrients while being easier on the body and the environment.


Fresh Vegetables

Vegetables are the cornerstone of our meal philosophy. We incorporate a wide variety of fresh, colorful vegetables into our dishes, ensuring that our clients benefit from a rich array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Whenever possible, we source our vegetables locally and organically, supporting sustainable farming practices and ensuring maximum freshness and nutritional value.


Whole Grains

To provide balanced nutrition, we include complex carbohydrates in our meals, such as quinoa, rice, and pasta.

These whole grains offer sustained energy and are rich in fiber, aiding in digestion and promoting overall health.


Ingredients We Avoid

Our dedication to health extends to the ingredients we exclude from our meals. Revive & Thrive meals do not contain:

- Red meat such as beef or pork, which is often associated with elevated risk of chronic diseases.

- Saturated fats, known for their negative impact on heart health.

- Refined sugars, which are associated with various health issues including diabetes and obesity.

- Ultra-processed ingredients, ensuring our meals are as natural and wholesome as possible.
