Revive & Thrive Sample Menu - Fall & Winter
Revive & Thrive Project provides 7 freshly prepared, refrigerated meals to our clients each week, with home delivery on Wednesday evenings. We prepare a delicious, healthy, and unique menu each week with very few repeated items during the course of a 12-week meal delivery schedule. A typical meal delivery includes 4 entrees, a yogurt parfait, soup, salad, and a refined sugar-free dessert.
Entree: Broccoli Cheese Frittata with Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Crustless cheesy egg bake stuffed with broccoli, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Served with a side of spiced, roasted sweet potato wedges.
Entree: Roasted Vegetable Quinoa Pilaf with Grapes
Fresh zucchini, summer squash, bell peppers, corn, and onions, oven-roasted with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and mixed with protein-packed quinoa and walnuts. Served with a side of grapes.
Entree: Turkey Apple Sage Meatloaf with Miso Gravy, Garlic Smashed Potatoes & Braised Cabbage
Locally-sourced turkey, apples and sage form a flavor-packed, gluten-free meatloaf. Topped with savory miso gravy and served on a bed of fluffy smashed new potatoes pureed with roasted garlic, with a side of slow-cooked, tender cabbage and carrots.
Entree: Grilled Chicken Margherita Pasta with Side Salad
Grilled chicken and penne pasta topped with house-made kale walnut pesto, mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes. Served with a side of tossed Romaine lettuce salad with a sugar-free balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Salad: Roasted Sweet Potato Kale Salad with Avocado & Hard-Boiled Eggs
Curly kale tossed with spiced and roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and feta cheese, served with a house-made herb and lemon vinaigrette and topped with hard-boiled eggs for added protein.
Soup: Italian Wedding Soup
Subtly-spiced broth-based soup packed with kale, celery, carrots, pasta, and house-made mini turkey meatballs.
Yogurt Parfait with Cinnamon Apples & House-made Granola
Vanilla and honey-infused Greek yogurt with cinnamon-spiced sauteed apples. Topped with house-made, refined sugar-free granola prepared with oats, crushed almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, maple syrup, and warm spices.
Dessert: Carrot Cake with Frosting
A cake that proves desserts can be decadent without refined sugar! Flavorful, whole wheat cake with raisins, carrots, and fall spices. Both the cake and frosting include a secret ingredient for added flavor and nutrition - Greek yogurt.
